Hey guys, it’s Aaron here with RDS lawn care. And I want to talk to you a little bit today about azaleas, and when to print them, I’m actually standing in along here with about 50 Azaleas in it. Different varieties. This is a Formosa Azaleas there are encore azaleas, but ultimately, if you don’t know you need to prune Azaleas pretty soon after the blooms fall off because they do start setting buds in the late summer and early fall for the next season. So if you prune this Azalea too late in the summer, you could be removing the blooms for next spring and you won’t have as many blooms. Obviously, if you’ve got some limbs that you need to remove permanently or, you know, you’ve got some growth that is, you know, dead wood, those types of things. Remove that at any point, But don’t do major pruning to this. Once the blooms have fallen off. And once we get past July, it’s a little bit too late to do that. There are some Encore Azaleas in this lawn. And those are going to bloom in the spring and the fall. And you’re going to want to trim those a little closer to the end of the blooming cycle so that you don’t interrupt that fall-blooming cycle. So hope that helps you with some Azaleas. If you have any questions, please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to answer them. Thank you
